par 36. Several tournaments are held each year. Annual memberships
are available for singles and families at reasonable rates. Green
fees are $10 a day Monday through Friday and weekends and holidays $15 a
day. Students can golf for $2 a day during weekdays. Cart
rental is available. The Club House is also available for wedding
receptions, office parties, class reunions, etc.

citizens of the community well. Located at the west end of town, the
park has playground equipment, a swimming pool, tennis and basketball
courts, a gazebo and pavilion and a scout hut. Also within the park

Hotel, which was built in 1913, now houses a wonderful museum. With
many rooms depicting the life of early homesteaders, the rich
heritage of the Laverne community and Indian artifacts found in
Harper County. This museum also features one room honoring Jane
Jayroe, Miss America 1967.
