The Beautification Committee started the project in
2003 with it being completed in 2006. It was dedicated to the Veterans on
July 4th , 2006. Five branches of service are represented by their flags
flying high! Army, Navy, Marines, Air force, and Coastguards, and of course
the American Flag! In the circle resides monuments that tell the history of
each war. Spanish-American, World war1, World War II, Cold War, Korean War,
Vietnam, Persian Gulf, and Operation Enduring Freedom. |

currently working on establishing Senior Housing in the Laverne
Community.
